How it works

Set it up before you leave. On arrival, all that's left is one switch.

A phone can't scan a QR on its own screen
If you're reading this on the phone you're setting up, copy the manual activation code instead of scanning. On iPhone (iOS 17.4+), use the button on your order page to open the setup screen directly.

iPhone

1Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
2Use QR code, or enter details manually
3If manual, paste the activation code
4Label the line, e.g. "Travel"
5On arrival, switch cellular data to this line

Android

1Settings → Network & internet → SIMs
2Add SIM → Download a SIM instead?
3Choose "Need help?" → enter the activation code
4Enable the line once it downloads
5On arrival, switch mobile data to this line

If something goes wrong

Check that your device supports eSIM and is not SIM-locked. Before activation we refund in full — just contact support. Save a screenshot of your QR code in case you can't open email abroad.
